Terms and Conditions
All of our items in the shop are in stock. Ordering you can do easily to select the article and desired color and size and add in your basket. When you complete your order, you can checkout through your shopping cart. Here's you will follow the steps that the computer indicates for contact information and shipping address.
What to do after your order:
After receiving your order you will receive an order confirmation. In the unlikely event would be a product not available or if there are other special circumstances, this is reported in a follow-up email. Wants to be sure thats a product is available, please call our store +31 (0) 13-5432044 or send an email.
At the time the order is shipped by Equestrian Gierman you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. So you know exactly when the order arrives at you. This shipping confirmation you will find all necessary information regarding the parcel shipment. All our packages are sent via Post NL. If you not received the email please look in your junk mail or contact us.
Payment in 4 different ways. Further information follows when you go through our checkout:
IDEAL Netherlands: This can if you have a bank account with online banking with ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, Knab, Regions Bank, SNS, Van Landschot, Triodos and ASN. This is actually the best form of payment in the Netherlands. You pay within you familiar payment environment of Internet banking and the goods are sent immediately.
PayPal International: PayPal allows your customers to pay for their purchases directly. PayPal is a popular method of payment and offers buyers plenty of protection and ease. It’s possible to accept 22 different currencies such as Euro’s, American and Australian dollars, and Great Britain Pounds.
Bancontact / Mister Cash Belgium: Since 2006 it’s possible for Belgian clients to complete online payments using Bancontact. A payment with Bancontact is very simple. On the payment page you can select Bancontact. Following this a secured connection when you can select your bank. Following that you come in your trusted internet banking environment, where you can log in. In the following screen the payment can be completed.
By prepayment: You make the corresponding amount to Buckaroo. This is the trusted payment we work with. Once the payment is received, the goods will be sent immediately.
Equestrian Gierman packaged goods in a proper manner. The products are checked before shipping on product errors. Despite careful packaging and packaging there can always be something going wrong during this process. Report this within 24 hours after receiving the package so that we can provide a suitable solution.
Terms and conditions (Discount):
Discounts only valid for the period as indicated in the email, shop and online. For the conditions of the relevant discount click here.
When the discount period has ended, it is no longer possible to make use of this discount..
Discounts are standard not valid on already discounted items, saddles, sample books, gift certificates, repairs, supplements, candy rewards and special assignments and orders.
Discounts do not apply retroactively.
The discount is already calculated so there is no more code required (unless otherwise stated).
Equestrian Gierman reserves the right to modify the discount unilaterally suspend or terminate.
Equestrian Gierman is not liable for any typing, printing or typographical errors.
When participating in the discount states to the participant agree to the above terms and conditions.
All our in the shop prices include VAT fixed legally in the Netherlands (9% or 21%). Type and input errors reserved. No rights can be derived from previously published prices.
When you have ordered and paid something and it is for 5:30 pm the package will be shipped the same day (working days Mon to Fri) or it must be that you have selected a different delivery date. No rights can be derived from the indication of the delivery time. Any backorders be redirected free of charge unless otherwise expressly noted. For products that are ordered from one of our suppliers at the urgent request of the customer's, it's possible that we pass a portion of the additional shipping costs to the customer. This always made after consultations and after the approval of the customer.

Delivery at pick-up location
If you have chosen to have the package delivered at a pick-up location, you must pick-up the package within one week of delivery. If the package returns when it is not picked up , the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the invoice.
We use the address that the customer enters in our webshop. The responsibility for the proper implementation of address information is entirely at the customer. Any costs arising from the completion of a (partially) incorrect address will be passed to the customer. The invoice will be added when ordering. The shipping address is therefore also the invoice address.
A few days after you have received the products you will receive an e-mail with the question or you want to submit a product review or a review about Equestrian Gierman. In case you use both options, allows you a chance to a shop credit as being a gift voucher of € 100, -
The shop credit can not be exchanged for real cash or other prize is however only suitable for Equestrian Gierman in the store of on our webshop.
Each participant is only one entry valid.
Equestrian Gierman raffle a winner once per year that the shop credit (voucher) will be sent home.
The outcome can not be entered into. Such requests are not answered.
Returns that are paid with the shop credit are will be repaid in a new shop credit.
In case of reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud Equestrian Gierman reserves the right to refuse participation or participants.
Data from participants in actions or competitions are stored in a database. By participating, the participant agrees to receive the newsletter from Equestrian Gierman. With each mailing the opportunity again to unsubscribe here. The stored data will not be passed to third parties.
Equestrian Gierman can for organizational or legal / regulatory reasons certain elements of change these rules without prior notice or prior further notice afterwards.
If you have purchased a product that you are not satisfied, it can be returned. This can be done in two ways:
In the shop in Tilburg (Netherlands) or send as a package.
The package that you received is added to a return card along with the invoice. Fill out the return card clearly and completely and send it together with the goods and (copy) invoice return. The cost and risk of sending return are for the customer. Returns that are paid with the shop credit are will be repaid in a new shop credit.
After receiving the product, we assess the fulfillment of the following conditions. If that is the case, the amount of goods will be paid back within 14 days to the bank account where the order was refunded paid it.
Both return in the store and in return direction by post apply to the following conditions:
The receipt of the invoice is submitted either in the store or sent to us with the return. The product is unused and in new condition. The product is packed in the original packaging with the product labels present.
Items we ordered on special request can not be returned.
